  • 200 jump rope

  • 20 Dumbbell Push Press (Men 25 pounds each hand/Women 10 pounds each hand)

  • 20 Sit-ups

  • 20 Burpees (Step down, step up OK)

Championship League - AMRAP 25 (As many rounds as possible in 25 minutes)

  • 100 jump rope

  • 10 Dumbbell Push Press (Men 10 pounds each hand/Women 5 pounds each hand)

  • 10 Sit-ups

  • 10 Burpee Step down, step up are OK
